Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, laboratory access, and administrative costs associated with the academic program. This fee includes all course materials, digital resources, and access to online libraries.

Hostel Rent: Provides accommodation in campus dormitories with shared amenities such as common rooms, laundry facilities, internet connectivity, and 24/7 security.

Mess Advance: Paid upfront for meals provided by the campus mess, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. The amount covers monthly meal expenses and is adjusted at the end of each month based on consumption.

Student Benevolent Fund: A small annual contribution towards student welfare programs, including scholarships, emergency assistance, and community service initiatives.

Medical Fees: Covers basic medical services provided by the campus health center, including consultations, diagnostic tests, and prescribed medications.

Gymkhana Fees: Supports recreational activities, sports events, and cultural programs organized by student unions and clubs.

Examination Fees: Covers costs related to conducting semester-end exams, including question paper preparation, invigilation, result processing, and transcript issuance.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The hostel accommodations are categorized into single, double, triple, and quad rooms with varying prices depending on amenities. Each room includes essential furniture, Wi-Fi connectivity, and access to common areas like study halls and lounges.

Mess charges are calculated based on daily meal consumption, with a standard rate of ₹300 per day for three meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Students can opt for a monthly plan that offers discounts for regular attendance. The mess billing system is automated using smart cards or mobile apps, allowing students to track their consumption and adjust balances accordingly.

Rebate policies are available for students who miss meals due to academic commitments or health issues. Applications for rebates must be submitted within one week of the missed meal period with supporting documentation from faculty or medical staff.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The institution offers several financial aid options for students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver is granted to students belonging to these categories with valid certificates.
  • EWS Category: 50% fee concession is available for students meeting income criteria of less than ₹8 lakhs annually.
  • MCM (Meritorious Children of Merit Scholarships): Students scoring above 90% in their qualifying exam are eligible for full fee waiver and additional financial support.

Applications for these concessions must be submitted online during the admission process along with necessary documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, or disability reports. The review process is handled by the Financial Aid Committee, which evaluates each case based on verified information.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments for fees can be made through online banking, net banking, credit/debit cards, or NEFT/RTGS transfers. All payments must be completed within the specified deadline to avoid late fees and penalties.

Late payment penalties are levied at 1% per month on overdue amounts. Students who withdraw from the program must submit a formal request along with supporting documents to initiate the refund process.

Refunds are processed within 30 days of approval, subject to deductions for any outstanding dues or administrative charges. Withdrawal requests submitted more than 30 days after admission may not be eligible for refunds unless approved by the Dean's office.
