Fee Component Details
Tuition Fee: The tuition fee covers the cost of instruction, academic resources, and access to laboratory facilities. It includes lectures, tutorials, seminars, workshops, and guest speaker sessions. Tuition fees are subject to annual adjustments based on inflation and infrastructure upgrades.
Hostel Rent: Hostel accommodation is provided in fully furnished rooms with amenities such as Wi-Fi, AC, laundry services, and 24/7 security. The rent varies based on room type—single, double, or triple occupancy.
Mess Advance: The mess advance covers meal expenses for the entire semester. Students are required to pay this amount upfront, which is adjusted at the end of the semester based on actual consumption.
Student Benevolent Fund: This fund supports students facing financial difficulties or emergencies. Contributions are voluntary and help in providing scholarships, medical assistance, and other forms of support.
Medical Fees: These fees cover basic healthcare services available on campus, including consultations with doctors, medicine distribution, and emergency treatment facilities.
Gymkhana Fees: This fee grants access to gymnasiums, sports facilities, and recreational activities. It supports the maintenance of fitness equipment and organization of fitness-related events.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Single Occupancy: INR 25,000 per semester
Double Occupancy: INR 18,000 per semester
Triple Occupancy: INR 15,000 per semester
The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis, with students paying in advance. Meal plans include breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ensuring balanced nutrition and dietary diversity.
Rebate policies are applicable for students who take leave or travel during the semester. The rebate is calculated based on the number of days missed and adjusted accordingly.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The institute offers various financial assistance schemes to eligible students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fee and hostel rent for students belonging to these categories.
- EWS Category: 50% concession in tuition fee and hostel rent for economically weaker sections.
- MCM (Minority Community): 25% concession in tuition fee and hostel rent for students from minority communities.
Eligibility criteria include income slabs, family background verification, and academic performance. Students must submit relevant documents to apply for these concessions.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments can be made through online banking, net banking, NEFT/RTGS, or physical deposit at designated bank branches. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced, with late fees applicable beyond specified dates.
Late fee charges are calculated as 1% of the total fee amount per month for overdue payments. Students must ensure timely submission to avoid penalties.
The refund policy applies when students withdraw from the program or transfer to another institution. Refunds are processed within 60 days of withdrawal, subject to deduction of applicable fees and penalties.
Students who leave the campus without completing their academic year may face partial refund or no refund depending on the circumstances. Proper documentation is required for any refund request.
