Fee Structure (Per Semester)

The total annual fee for the B.Tech in Agriculture program is approximately ₹480,000 per year, payable in two semesters. Additional charges may apply for specialized courses or extra laboratory sessions.

Hostel & Mess Charges

G L A University Mathura offers comfortable hostel facilities with different room types:

• Single Occupancy Rooms: ₹70,000 annually (includes basic amenities and Wi-Fi).
• Double Occupancy Rooms: ₹65,000 annually (shared bathroom and common area access).
• Triple Occupancy Rooms: ₹60,000 annually (shared facilities with limited privacy).

The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis, with meals included in the advance payment. Rebates are available for students who opt out of certain meal plans or reside off-campus.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Several financial assistance options are available:

• SC/ST/PwD: 100% waiver on tuition fees plus additional support for hostel charges.
• EWS: 50% reduction in tuition fee with partial support for hostel costs.
• MCM: 30% concession on all fees with priority allocation for hostels and mess.

Eligibility criteria are based on income slabs and category certificates. Applications must be submitted along with supporting documents during the admission process or within a specified timeframe after enrollment.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made through online banking, credit/debit cards, or NEFT/RTGS transfers. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹1,000 per day beyond the deadline.

The refund policy allows for partial refunds in case of withdrawal before the start of the semester. Full refunds are processed only if the student withdraws within 7 days of admission. Refunds are subject to deductions for administrative charges and any outstanding dues.
