The total fee per semester amounts to approximately 2,38,500 INR. The annual fee is therefore around 4,77,000 INR for four semesters.
Hostel & Mess Charges
Students can choose from various room types including single, double, and triple occupancy rooms. Hostel charges vary based on room type:
- Single Occupancy Room: 30,000 INR per semester
- Double Occupancy Room: 25,000 INR per semester
- Triple Occupancy Room: 20,000 INR per semester
Mess charges are calculated based on a fixed monthly amount. The mess billing system includes meal options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with additional charges for premium meals.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Financial assistance is available to students from economically weaker sections. Eligibility criteria include:
- SC/ST/PwD: Income slab up to 2 lakhs annually
- EWS: Income slab up to 4 lakhs annually
- MCM: Income slab up to 3 lakhs annually
Scholarships are awarded based on academic merit and financial need. Students must submit an application form along with supporting documents to the finance department.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments can be made through online banking, NEFT, or demand draft. The payment deadline is within 15 days of admission. Late fees are charged at 1% per month for delayed payments.
The refund policy applies to students who withdraw from the course before completing the academic year. Refunds are processed after deducting administrative charges and any outstanding dues.
