Hostel & Mess Charges
Our hostel facilities are designed to provide a comfortable living environment conducive to academic excellence. Hostel rooms accommodate 2-4 students per room with shared bathrooms and common areas.
The mess billing system operates on a monthly cycle, where students prepay for meals based on their preferences. The system allows adjustments for dietary restrictions or special requests through an online portal.
Rebate policies are available for students who opt out of hostel accommodation during certain periods such as semester breaks or during internships. Rebates are calculated proportionally to the number of days the student is absent from the campus.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The institution offers various financial aid options to support deserving students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 50% concession on tuition fees with full waiver of hostel charges.
- EWS Category: Students qualify for a 25% reduction in tuition fees and partial concession on hostel charges.
- MCM (Minority Community Member): Full waiver of examination fees and 10% concession on other fees.
Eligibility criteria are determined based on income slabs and official documentation submitted during admission. Applications for financial aid must be submitted before the start of each academic year along with supporting documents such as caste certificates, income certificates, and Aadhaar cards.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments can be made through net banking, debit/credit cards, or demand drafts issued in favor of the institution. All payments must be completed by the specified deadlines to avoid late fees and registration complications.
Late fee charges are applicable at 5% of the outstanding amount per month if payments are delayed beyond the due date. Students are encouraged to make timely payments to ensure uninterrupted academic progress.
In case of withdrawal from the program, the refund policy specifies that 70% of the total fees paid will be refunded after deducting administrative charges and any applicable late fees. Refunds are processed within 30 working days of submission of formal withdrawal request and necessary documentation.
