The admission process for the Bachelor of Electrical Engineering program at Gyan Ganga College of Technology is designed to identify and welcome the most promising candidates who demonstrate academic excellence, analytical ability, and a passion for engineering innovation.

To be eligible for admission to the Bachelor of Electrical Engineering program, candidates must meet the following criteria:

| Age Limit | Candidates should not be more than 20 years of age as of July 1st of the year of admission. Age relaxation of up to 5 years is applicable for SC/ST/PwD candidates. |
| Subject Combination | Physics, Mathematics, and one of the following: Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or Computer Science. |
The admission process is categorized based on various quotas including General, EWS, OBC-NCL, SC, ST, and PwD sub-categories. Each category has its own rank cutoffs determined annually by the counseling authorities.
