Project-Based Learning Philosophy
The department strongly believes in experiential learning through project-based initiatives. These projects are designed to simulate real-world legal challenges and provide students with practical experience before entering professional practice.
Mini-projects are assigned throughout the program, starting from the first year and increasing in complexity as students progress. These projects require students to analyze case studies, draft legal documents, and present findings to faculty and peers. Evaluation is based on research quality, analytical depth, and presentation skills.
The final-year thesis project allows students to conduct an in-depth study of a legal issue of their choice under the supervision of a faculty mentor. This project involves extensive literature review, data collection, and original analysis that contributes to existing knowledge in the field.
Students select projects based on personal interests, career goals, and available faculty expertise. The department facilitates matching students with mentors who can guide them through complex legal research and writing tasks.
