Fee Structure Overview

The total fee for the Law program at Homoeopathy University Jaipur is structured over three years. The breakdown includes tuition fees, hostel charges, mess fees, and other miscellaneous expenses.

Component Breakdown

Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, administrative services, and access to academic resources. The fee is fixed for the entire duration of the program.

Hostel Rent: Accommodation charges vary based on room type. Single occupancy rooms cost Rs. 15,000 per month, while shared rooms are priced at Rs. 12,000 per month.

Mess Advance: A fixed advance payment for monthly meals is collected to cover food expenses during the academic year.

Student Benevolent Fund: This fund supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies.

Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services available on campus, including consultations and minor treatments.

Gymkhana Fees: Includes access to gym facilities, sports equipment, and recreational activities for students.

Examination Fees: Covers costs related to conducting exams, evaluating answers, and issuing certificates.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The university provides comfortable accommodation in modern hostels equipped with essential amenities such as Wi-Fi, laundry services, and 24/7 security. Hostel rooms are categorized into single, double, and triple occupancy options based on availability.

Mess charges include breakfast, lunch, and dinner for all registered students. The billing system is automated using smart cards that deduct amounts from student accounts daily.

Rebate policies allow students to receive partial refunds in case of absences due to medical emergencies or other valid reasons. These rebates are processed monthly upon submission of supporting documents.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers several financial assistance programs for deserving students:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fees and partial concession in hostel charges based on income slabs.
• EWS Category: 50% concession in tuition fees and full waiver in hostel charges.
• MCM (Minority Community Members): 25% concession in tuition fees and 10% concession in hostel charges.

Eligibility for these benefits is determined based on income certificates issued by the competent authority. Students must submit applications along with supporting documents during the admission process or after joining the university.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid within 15 days of the start of each semester. Late payments attract a penalty of Rs. 500 per day until cleared. Students can pay via online banking, net banking, or cash at the designated counters on campus.

Refund policies apply only in exceptional circumstances such as withdrawal from the university or transfer to another institution. Refunds are processed within 30 working days after the formal request is submitted with necessary documentation.
