The fee structure for the Environmental Health program at IIPHG includes multiple components designed to support academic excellence, student welfare, and campus infrastructure development.
The hostel accommodation is provided in three types of rooms: single, double, and triple sharing. Each room comes with basic amenities such as beds, study tables, wardrobes, and internet connectivity.
Mess charges are collected at the start of each semester and adjusted based on actual consumption at the end of the semester. Students can opt for different meal plans depending on their dietary preferences and requirements.
Rebate policies are available for students who do not consume meals regularly or those facing financial hardships. These rebates are processed by the hostel administration after verification of documentation.
IIPHG offers various forms of financial assistance to eligible students:
Applications for fee waivers must be submitted along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, or disability certificates. The application process is handled through the student portal, and decisions are communicated within two weeks.
All fees must be paid through online banking or NEFT/RTGS transfers to the designated bank accounts of IIPHG. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced, with late fees calculated at 2% per month for overdue payments.
In case of withdrawal from the program, students may be eligible for refunds based on the following conditions:
Refunds are processed within 45 days of submission of withdrawal forms and supporting documents. Students must ensure all dues are cleared before processing refunds.
