Admission Process

The B.Sc. Nursing program at Indrashil University Mehsana admits students based on their performance in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) or other recognized entrance examinations such as JEE Main, AIIMS UG, and other state-level exams. The admission process is conducted in multiple stages to ensure fair and transparent selection.

Stage 1: Application Submission

Students must register online through the official university website. Applications typically open in March-April each year, with deadlines usually set in May. During this stage, applicants are required to fill out detailed forms providing personal information, academic background, and contact details.

All applications must be accompanied by scanned copies of necessary documents including 10th and 12th mark sheets, migration certificates (if applicable), caste certificates (for SC/ST/OBC candidates), and proof of age.

Stage 2: Entrance Examination

Eligible applicants are required to appear for the qualifying entrance examination. The exam is conducted in offline mode at designated centers across India. The exam consists of objective-type questions covering Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and General Knowledge/Current Affairs.

Based on the performance in the entrance examination, a merit list is prepared, which determines the shortlisted candidates for counseling and final admission.

Stage 3: Counseling and Seat Allocation

The counseling process involves document verification followed by seat allocation based on merit. Candidates must appear physically at the designated counseling center with original documents and copies. The seat allocation is done according to category-wise ranks and preferences selected during application.

Once a seat is allocated, candidates are required to confirm their admission by paying the required fees within the specified time frame. Failure to complete this step results in the cancellation of the allocated seat.
