Tuition Fee: This fee covers all academic instruction, including lectures, laboratory sessions, and access to digital learning resources. It is non-refundable unless the student withdraws before the commencement of classes.

Hostel Rent: Hostels are equipped with modern amenities including air-conditioned rooms, common areas, and 24/7 security. Single occupancy rooms are available for students who prefer privacy.

Mess Advance: The mess advance is collected at the beginning of each semester to cover meals for the entire duration. Meals are served in a hygienic environment with a diverse menu catering to different dietary preferences.

Student Benevolent Fund: This fund supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies, offering assistance in times of need without requiring repayment.

Medical Fees: Covers basic medical services and health checkups provided by the university’s on-campus clinic. Additional consultations may incur extra charges.

Gymkhana Fees: Supports extracurricular activities, sports facilities, and student clubs. Students are encouraged to participate in these activities for holistic development.

Examination Fees: Covers costs associated with conducting examinations, including question paper preparation, evaluation, and result processing.

Other Charges: Includes administrative expenses, library fees, and miscellaneous charges related to campus operations.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers various types of hostels with different room configurations. Single occupancy rooms are available for students who prefer private accommodation, while shared rooms accommodate multiple students.

Mess charges are calculated based on the number of meals consumed during the semester. Students can opt for a monthly or quarterly billing cycle to manage their expenses effectively.

Rebate policies are in place for students who take leaves or participate in academic conferences and competitions. These rebates are processed at the end of each semester after reviewing relevant documentation.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university provides fee waivers and concessions to eligible students based on income criteria and other qualifying factors:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver of tuition fee with partial concession in hostel charges.
  • EWS Category: 50% waiver of tuition fee with full concession in hostel charges.
  • MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% waiver of tuition fee and 50% concession in hostel charges.

All applications for fee waivers must be submitted along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, or disability certificates. The decision is made by the financial aid committee after verifying eligibility.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made through online portals using net banking, credit/debit cards, or NEFT/RTGS transfers. Students are required to complete payment within 7 days of receiving the fee notice.

Late fees are applicable at ₹500 per day for overdue payments beyond the deadline. Refunds are processed only after verifying the student's withdrawal status and ensuring no pending dues exist.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing along with necessary documents within 30 days of withdrawal. The refund process typically takes 45-60 working days, depending on the mode of payment used for original fees.
