Detailed Fee Breakdown

Tuition Fee: This covers the cost of instruction and academic resources for each semester. It includes access to libraries, digital resources, and classroom facilities.

Hostel Rent: Students are housed in well-maintained hostels with amenities such as Wi-Fi, laundry services, and 24/7 security. Rent varies by room type and is charged monthly.

Mess Advance: A one-time advance payment is required for mess services. This amount is adjusted monthly based on actual consumption.

Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal contribution towards student welfare programs, including health initiatives and scholarships.

Medical Fees: Covers medical check-ups, vaccinations, and basic healthcare services provided on campus.

Gymkhana Fees: Supports recreational activities and sports facilities available to students.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers various hostel room types to accommodate different preferences and budgets:

  • Double Room: ₹35,000/year (shared accommodation)
  • Triple Room: ₹25,000/year (shared accommodation)

The mess billing system is transparent and includes a monthly consumption report. Students receive a monthly bill reflecting actual usage, with adjustments made based on attendance and meal preferences.

Rebate policies allow students to receive partial refunds if they stay away from campus for short periods. These policies are reviewed annually and adjusted based on feedback from students.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers several financial aid options to support deserving students:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligibility based on income slabs up to ₹2 lakh/year. Students receive full fee waivers.
  • EWS Category: Income slab up to ₹4 lakh/year. Partial fee concession of 50%.
  • MCM (Married Childless Women): Full fee waiver for eligible candidates.

Applications for financial assistance must be submitted online with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and Aadhaar cards. The university evaluates applications based on merit and need.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments are due before the start of each semester. Students can make payments through net banking, credit/debit cards, or demand drafts issued in favor of the university. Late payments attract a penalty of ₹500 per day until clearance.

In case of withdrawal from the program, refund rules apply as follows:

  • Withdrawal within 15 days: Full refund minus processing charges
  • Withdrawal after 15 days but before 30 days: 50% refund
  • Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund

All refunds are processed within 45 days of submission of the withdrawal request. Students must ensure that all dues are cleared before initiating a withdrawal process.
