Mess advance covers the cost of meals provided by the university's catering services. Students are required to pay an initial advance amount, which is adjusted at the end of each month based on actual consumption.

The Student Benevolent Fund supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies during their academic journey. Contributions are voluntary and go towards providing assistance for medical emergencies, family crises, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Medical fees cover access to basic healthcare services provided by the university's medical center. This includes consultations, vaccinations, and emergency treatments.

Gymkhana fees contribute to maintaining sports facilities and organizing fitness-related activities and competitions for students. These funds ensure that students can stay active and healthy during their studies.

Examination fees cover administrative costs associated with conducting semester-end exams, including proctoring, question paper preparation, result processing, and certificate issuance.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers several hostel options to accommodate students from diverse backgrounds:

  • Single Room: INR 35,000 per semester for a private room with attached bathroom and study table.
  • Double Room: INR 28,000 per semester for a shared room with two occupants, including common bathroom facilities.
  • Triple Room: INR 21,000 per semester for a shared room with three occupants and common amenities.

The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle. Students are required to pay an advance amount of INR 25,000 at the beginning of each month, which is adjusted based on actual consumption. The menu includes nutritious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, prepared by certified chefs using hygienic practices.

Rebate policies are available for students who miss meals due to valid reasons such as illness or travel. Students must submit a medical certificate or travel document to claim rebates.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university provides various financial aid options to support deserving students:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Students from these categories are eligible for full fee waivers based on income proof and reservation criteria.
  • EWS Category: Students with annual family income below INR 6 lakhs are eligible for partial fee concessions of up to 50%.
  • MCM (Meritorious Children of Merit): Merit-based scholarships are awarded based on academic performance and extracurricular achievements.

Applications for fee waivers and concessions must be submitted along with required documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, or disability certificates. The process is reviewed by a dedicated committee that evaluates each application based on merit and need.
