- Triple Occupancy Rooms: ₹20,000 per semester (shared bathroom)
The mess billing system operates monthly and includes meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Rebates are available for students who opt out of the mess or reduce their meal frequency.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Financial assistance is provided to eligible students through various scholarship schemes:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% fee waiver with no upper income limit.
- EWS Category: 50% fee concession based on family annual income below ₹3 lakh.
- MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% discount on tuition fee for students from minority communities.
Applications must be submitted through the university portal along with supporting documents. Approval is subject to verification and availability of funds.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Fees can be paid online via debit/credit cards or net banking, or offline through demand draft/DD issued in favor of the university. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced with penalties for late submissions:
- Late Fee: ₹100 per day beyond the deadline.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are processed within 30 days of withdrawal, subject to deductions as per university guidelines. Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing with valid reasons and necessary documentation.
