Student Benevolent Fund contributes towards welfare activities and emergency assistance for students facing financial difficulties. Medical fees cover routine checkups and basic healthcare services provided by on-campus clinics. Gymkhana fees support sports and recreational activities, promoting physical fitness among students.
Examination fees are charged separately for each semester's assessment, covering evaluation costs and administrative expenses related to examinations. Additional charges may include late payment penalties, refund processing fees, and miscellaneous expenses incurred during the academic year.
Hostel & Mess Charges
Our institution provides comfortable accommodation in air-conditioned hostels with separate rooms for male and female students. Hostel rooms are equipped with essential furniture, internet connectivity, and security systems to ensure a safe living environment. Students can choose from single occupancy, double occupancy, or triple occupancy options depending on availability.
Mess charges are collected as an advance payment at the start of each semester and adjusted according to monthly consumption. The mess serves nutritious meals three times daily with varied menus including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Special dietary arrangements are available for students with allergies or religious restrictions.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The college offers various financial aid schemes for deserving students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Eligibility criteria include income slab limits, parental employment status, and academic performance. SC/ST/PwD students receive concessions on tuition fees and other charges as per government guidelines.
EWS category students are eligible for partial fee waivers based on their annual family income, which must not exceed INR 4.5 lakhs. MCM (Minority Community Members) students enjoy additional benefits such as reduced hostel rent and free meal plans during the academic year.
Application procedures for fee waivers and scholarships involve submission of supporting documents like income certificates, caste certificates, and bank statements. The process includes verification by designated officials and final approval by the administration committee.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid within specified deadlines to avoid late payment penalties. Students can make payments through online banking, NEFT/RTGS, or cash at designated counters in the college office. Failure to pay on time results in a penalty of 5% per month on outstanding amounts.
Refunds are processed upon withdrawal from the institution after deducting applicable charges and outstanding dues. The refund policy ensures that students receive their funds within 30 days of submission of withdrawal forms, subject to compliance with all procedural requirements.
