The mess billing system operates on a monthly advance model. Students pay an initial deposit of 20,000 INR per semester for meals. Additional charges are applied based on consumption and meal plan selections. Monthly bills are adjusted accordingly, with refunds issued if excess payments are made.
We provide financial assistance to students from economically weaker sections through various scholarship schemes:
To apply for these concessions, students must submit relevant documents such as income certificate, caste certificate (for SC/ST), disability certificate (for PwD), and family income proof to the finance department within the first month of admission.
Payments are made online via net banking or debit card transactions. The system generates receipts upon successful payment, which can be downloaded from the portal. Late payments attract a penalty of 2% per month on outstanding balances.
In case of withdrawal from the program, refunds are processed according to the following rules:
