• SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 100% waiver on tuition fees and a 50% rebate on hostel rent.
• EWS Category: Students from economically weaker sections receive a 50% waiver on tuition fees and a 25% rebate on hostel rent.
• MCM Benefit: Children of martyrs or government employees receive a 75% waiver on tuition fees and a 30% rebate on hostel rent.

Application for fee concessions requires submission of relevant documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, or disability certificates. The process involves verification by the financial aid committee and approval based on established criteria.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

The payment procedure is straightforward and accessible through online portals and physical counters at the institution. Students are expected to complete their payments before the start of each semester. Late fees are applicable for delayed payments, with a rate of 5% per month on outstanding balances.

In case of withdrawal or transfer from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:

• Withdrawal within First Month: Full refund minus administrative charges.
• Withdrawal Between First and Third Month: 75% refund minus administrative charges.
• Withdrawal After Third Month: No refund is provided.

The official refund process requires submission of a written application, original documents, and completion of all formalities as per the institution's guidelines. Refunds are processed within 30 days of approval.
