Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university provides several financial assistance options to deserving students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 100% fee waiver on tuition fees.
- EWS Category: Students in the Economically Weaker Section category receive a 50% fee concession on tuition fees.
- MCM (Meritorious Candidate Merit): Top performers in JEE Main or equivalent exams may receive partial fee waivers based on their performance.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid before the start of the semester or by the due date indicated on the fee structure table. Late payments attract a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding amount.
If a student withdraws from the university, the refund policy is as follows:
- Withdrawal within 15 days: Full refund of tuition fees and hostel charges.
- Withdrawal between 16-30 days: Refund of 75% of tuition fees and full hostel charges.
- Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund will be processed.
Refunds are processed within 45 working days after submission of the withdrawal form. Students must ensure that all dues are cleared before applying for refunds.
