In case of withdrawal from the program, refund policies apply according to the university's regulations:
- Refunds are processed within 30 working days after submission of the withdrawal request.
- Amounts deducted include tuition fee, hostel rent, and mess charges for completed months.
- Processing fees and any outstanding dues will be retained until resolved.
The university also offers installment plans for students who wish to pay fees in quarterly or biannual installments, subject to approval by the finance department.
