Admission Process
The admission process for the Civil Engineering program at Mahayogi Gorakhnath University is conducted through a combination of entrance exams and merit-based selection. Students can apply either through JEE Main or JEE Advanced, depending on their eligibility.
The application process begins in January each year, with the official notification released by the university's admission office. Interested candidates must fill out an online application form available on the university website.
After submission of the application, candidates are required to upload scanned copies of necessary documents including academic certificates, identity proof, and category certificate if applicable. The university conducts a verification process to ensure authenticity of all submitted information.
Once verified, candidates are eligible to appear for the entrance examination. For JEE Main applicants, the exam is typically held in April, while JEE Advanced is conducted in May. Results are declared within two weeks of the exam date.
Based on the entrance exam scores and category-wise merit lists, the university releases a provisional list of selected candidates. Candidates who qualify for admission must complete the document verification process at the university campus within the specified deadline.
The final seat allocation is done through a centralized counseling procedure involving multiple rounds. Candidates are required to participate in online choices filling during each round, based on their preferences and availability of seats.
