- Gymkhana Fees: Fund for maintaining recreational facilities such as gyms, sports grounds, and cultural centers.

Hostel & Mess Charges
Mahindra University Telangana offers two types of hostels for nursing students: single occupancy rooms (₹25,000/month) and double occupancy rooms (₹18,000/month). The mess system operates on a prepaid model where students pay ₹15,000 upfront per month, which covers all meals. Rebate policies are available for students who opt out of the mess or reside off-campus.

Fee Waivers, Concessions & Scholarships
The university offers various financial aid options to deserving students based on economic background, merit, and other criteria:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fee with partial concession in hostel and mess charges.
- EWS Category: 50% reduction in tuition fee and full concession in hostel and mess charges.
- MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% reduction in tuition fee and partial concession in hostel and mess charges.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Income Slab for EWS: Annual income up to ₹8 lakhs
- Income Slab for MCM: Annual income up to ₹12 lakhs
- Merit-based scholarships are awarded based on academic performance and extracurricular achievements.
The application process involves submission of income certificates, caste certificates (if applicable), Aadhaar card, and other supporting documents through the online portal. Applications are reviewed by a committee and decisions are communicated within 15 working days.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Students must complete fee payment before the specified deadline each semester. Payment can be made via net banking, credit/debit card, or demand draft. Late fees are charged at ₹500 per day beyond the deadline.
Refund Rules:
- Full refund is granted in case of withdrawal within 7 days of admission.
- Partial refund is given for withdrawals after 7 days but before commencement of classes.
- No refund is provided once classes have started unless due to cancellation by the university.
- Refunds are processed within 30 working days from the date of withdrawal application.
