Fee Components Explained

Hostel & Mess Charges

- Single Occupancy Room: ₹60,000 per semester (includes all utilities and maintenance)
- Double Occupancy Room: ₹60,000 per semester (shared with one roommate)
- Triple Occupancy Room: ₹60,000 per semester (shared with two roommates)
The mess charges are fixed at ₹20,000 per semester and include three meals daily. Students can opt for premium meal plans that offer additional food options and nutritional supplements.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Mahindra University Telangana offers several financial aid options to eligible students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible candidates receive a 50% waiver on tuition fees.
- EWS Category: Candidates in the Economically Weaker Section category receive a 25% fee concession.
- MCM (Minority Community Members): A 10% concession is offered to students from minority communities.
Income Slabs:
- For SC/ST/PwD: Income up to ₹2 lakh per annum
- For EWS: Income between ₹2 lakh and ₹4 lakh per annum
- For MCM: Income up to ₹3 lakh per annum
Students must submit relevant documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, or disability certificates during the application process for financial aid.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payment Deadlines: Fees must be paid before the start of each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹1000 per day beyond the deadline.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made through online banking, credit/debit cards, or NEFT/RTGS transfers.
Refund Policy: If a student withdraws from the program before completing one semester, a refund of 50% of fees will be processed after deducting administrative charges. No refunds are issued for withdrawals after completing one semester.
Withdrawal Process: Students must submit a formal application to the Registrar’s Office along with supporting documents and clearance from all departments before withdrawal is approved.
