Hostel & Mess Charges

- EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fees and 30% reduction in hostel charges. Income certificate required for verification.
- MCM (Meritorious Children of Migrant Workers): Full waiver on tuition fees and 40% reduction in hostel charges. Proof of migration status needed.
Scholarship programs are available based on academic performance, extracurricular achievements, and financial need. Applications must be submitted through the university portal with supporting documents and recommendation letters.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments can be made online via net banking, credit/debit cards, or NEFT transfer. The deadline for fee payment is before the start of each semester. Late payments attract a penalty of INR 1000 per day until full payment is received.
The refund policy allows students to receive refunds under specific conditions:
- Withdrawal from University: Refund of tuition fees minus administrative charges and hostel dues upon official withdrawal.
- Transfer to Another Institution: Refund is processed only after the transfer process is completed and verified by both institutions.
- Death of Student: Full refund of unutilized fees with supporting death certificate and legal heir documentation.
All refunds are processed within 30 working days from the date of application submission, subject to compliance with university regulations and financial audit procedures.
