The mess billing system is straightforward and transparent. Students pay an advance amount for the entire semester, which is adjusted based on actual consumption. Rebate policies are available for students who opt out of the hostel mess facility.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers various financial assistance options to ensure affordability for deserving students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fee plus partial concession on hostel and mess charges.
- EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fee with full concession on hostel and mess charges.
- MCM (Minority Community): 25% waiver on tuition fee, with additional concessions on other fees.
Eligibility criteria include income slabs and proof of caste/religion. Students must submit an application along with supporting documents to the finance department for review and approval.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid online via net banking, credit/debit cards, or NEFT/RTGS transfers. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced, and late fees are charged at 5% per month on overdue amounts.
In case of withdrawal from the program, students can apply for a refund subject to certain conditions:
- Refunds are processed within 30 working days upon approval.
- 10% deduction is made for administrative charges.
- No refund is granted after completion of the first semester.
