2. Semi-Furnished Room (Double Occupancy): INR 18,000 per semester with shared facilities for two students.
3. Full-Furnished Room (Single Occupancy): INR 25,000 per semester with full amenities including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and modern furniture.

The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis. Students pay an advance amount at the beginning of each month, which is adjusted based on actual consumption. Rebates are available for students who consume less than 90% of their allocated meals.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university provides various financial aid options to ensure that deserving students can pursue education without financial strain:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to SC/ST or PwD categories are eligible for a 50% waiver on tuition fees and full exemption from hostel charges.
• EWS Category: Eligible students receive a 25% discount on tuition fees and partial concession on hostel charges.
• MCM (Meritorious Children of Merit Students): Students with exceptional academic performance may apply for full or partial fee waivers based on merit.

Eligibility criteria include:

• Income Slab: Annual income below INR 2,00,000 for general categories and INR 1,00,000 for SC/ST/PwD students.
• Academic Performance: Minimum of 75% aggregate in Class 12th or equivalent.
• Residence Proof: Valid proof of residence from the local authority.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments must be made through online modes including NEFT, RTGS, or UPI. Students can make installment payments as per the semester schedule:

• First Installment: Due at the start of the semester
• Second Installment: Due halfway through the semester

Failure to pay fees on time incurs a late fee of INR 500 per day. Refunds are processed only after verification and approval from the finance department.

Refund rules include:

• Withdrawal Before Admission: Full refund is granted if withdrawal occurs before admission confirmation.
• Withdrawal After Admission: Refunds are processed after deducting administrative charges and other applicable fees.
• Non-Attendance: Students who do not attend classes for more than 60% of the semester may lose eligibility for refund.
