Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers several forms of financial aid to eligible students:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fee, hostel rent, and mess charges for students belonging to these categories.
  • EWS Category: Partial concession on tuition fee and hostel rent based on income slabs (up to ₹3 lakh annually).
  • MCM (Minority Community Members): 50% reduction in fees for qualified candidates from minority communities.

Eligibility criteria are verified through official documents such as caste certificates, income certificates, and disability certificates. Applications must be submitted online via the university portal within specified deadlines.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid before the start of each semester. Payment can be made through net banking, debit/credit cards, or demand draft issued in favor of the university. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500 per day until the outstanding amount is cleared.

In case of withdrawal from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:

  • Within First Month: Full refund minus administrative charges (₹2000).
  • Between First and Third Month: 75% refund minus administrative charges.
  • After Third Month: No refund is provided.

The university also provides financial assistance in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, subject to approval by the finance committee.
