All fees must be paid through online portals using debit/credit cards, net banking, or NEFT transfers. Late payments attract a penalty of Rs. 1000 per day beyond the due date.
If a student withdraws from the program before completing the academic year, the refund policy applies as follows:
- Withdrawal within 30 days: Full refund minus Rs. 2000 administrative charges.
- Withdrawal between 31-90 days: Refund of 80% of total fees after deducting Rs. 5000.

The university ensures transparency in fee collection and provides detailed receipts for every transaction. Students can view their payment history through the online portal, which helps maintain accountability and reduces disputes.
