Medical Fees

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

• SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fee with partial concession on hostel rent
• EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fee and 25% concession on hostel rent
• MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% waiver on tuition fee

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid through online banking, debit/credit cards, or NEFT/RTGS transfers. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced to avoid late fees and administrative complications.

Late fee calculation is as follows:

• Up to 7 days: 5% of the outstanding amount
• 8-30 days: 10% of the outstanding amount
• Above 30 days: 15% of the outstanding amount

The refund policy is applied in case of withdrawal or cancellation of admission. Refunds are processed within 60 days of submission of the application, subject to deduction of administrative charges and any applicable fees.
