Mess charges cover three meals per day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and are billed monthly. Students can opt for different meal plans based on their preferences and dietary requirements. Rebate policies are available for students who attend regular classes or participate in extracurricular activities.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

We offer various financial aid options to ensure that deserving students can pursue their education without financial burden:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 100% fee waiver based on category certificates issued by the government.
  • EWS Category: Students belonging to Economically Weaker Sections receive a 50% concession on tuition fees.
  • MCM (Meritorious Children of Martyrs): These students receive full fee waivers along with additional scholarships for academic excellence.

Applications for financial aid must be submitted through the official portal, and eligibility is verified based on income slabs and supporting documents.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments are due at the beginning of each semester. Late payments attract a penalty of INR 500 per day. Students are advised to make timely payments to avoid any inconvenience.

In case of withdrawal from the program, refunds are processed according to the official refund policy. Refunds are calculated based on the number of semesters completed and any applicable deductions for hostel rent or mess charges.
