SC/ST/PwD

Students belonging to SC/ST/PwD categories are eligible for a 100% fee waiver. The eligibility is determined based on the category certificate issued by the government.

EWS

Students from economically weaker sections are eligible for a 50% fee concession. The eligibility is determined based on the income certificate issued by the government.

MCM

Meritorious students who have excelled in their academic performance are eligible for a 100% fee waiver. The eligibility is determined based on the student's performance in the qualifying examination and other criteria.

Application Process

Students interested in applying for fee waivers, concessions, or scholarships must submit an application form along with the required documents. The application is reviewed by the financial aid committee, and the decision is communicated to the student.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payment Deadlines

Students are required to pay the fees by the specified deadlines to avoid late fees and penalties. The deadlines are communicated through official notices and the university portal.

Late Fee Calculations

A late fee of 5% per month is applicable for payments made after the due date. The late fee is calculated based on the outstanding amount and the number of days of delay.

Refund Rules

In case of withdrawal from the program, the refund policy is as follows:

• Refund of tuition fee is 80% if the withdrawal is made before the end of the first semester.
• Refund of tuition fee is 60% if the withdrawal is made after the end of the first semester but before the end of the second semester.
• No refund is provided for hostel charges and other fees after the first semester.
