Hostel & Mess Charges

Rebate policies are available for students who are absent from the hostel for a certain period. The rebate is calculated based on the number of days of absence and is credited to the student's account.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers various fee waivers, concessions, and scholarships to support students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. The eligibility criteria for these financial aids are as follows:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to SC/ST/PwD categories are eligible for a 50% fee waiver.
- EWS Category: Students from the EWS category are eligible for a 25% fee waiver.
- MCM Category: Students from the MCM category are eligible for a 10% fee waiver.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Failure to pay fees on time may result in late fees and penalties. The university provides a grace period of 15 days after the due date for payment. After this period, students may face restrictions on their academic activities.
In case of withdrawal from the program, the refund policy is as follows:
- Withdrawal before 15 days: 100% refund of fees
- Withdrawal between 15-30 days: 75% refund of fees
- Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund
The refund is processed within 30 days of the withdrawal application and is credited to the student's bank account.
