Hostel & Mess Charges

Students can choose between single, double, and triple occupancy rooms, depending on their preferences.
The mess charges are included in the semester fee and provide students with a nutritious and varied menu. The university ensures that the food served is hygienic and meets the nutritional requirements of students.
Rebate policies are available for students who are absent from the hostel for a certain period. The rebate is calculated based on the number of days of absence and is credited to the student's account.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers various fee waivers, concessions, and scholarships to support students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. The eligibility criteria for these financial aids are as follows:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to SC/ST/PwD categories are eligible for a 50% fee waiver.
- EWS Category: Students from the EWS category are eligible for a 25% fee waiver.
- MCM Category: Students from the MCM category are eligible for a 10% fee waiver.
The application process for these financial aids involves submitting relevant documents such as caste certificates, income certificates, and other supporting documents. The university reviews each application and approves it based on the eligibility criteria.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
The payment of fees is done through online banking or through a payment gateway provided by the university. Students are required to pay the fees before the start of the academic year or at the beginning of each semester.
Failure to pay fees on time may result in late fees and penalties. The university provides a grace period of 15 days after the due date for payment. After this period, students may face restrictions on their academic activities.
In case of withdrawal from the program, the refund policy is as follows:
- Withdrawal before 15 days: 100% refund of fees
- Withdrawal between 15-30 days: 75% refund of fees
- Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund
The refund is processed within 30 days of the withdrawal application and is credited to the student's bank account.
