Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university provides several financial aid options to eligible students:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligibility based on income slabs up to 3 lakhs annually. Benefits include full waiver of tuition fees and partial concession on hostel charges.
  • EWS Category: Income slab up to 6 lakhs annually. Offers 50% waiver on tuition fees and 25% concession on hostel charges.
  • MCM (Meritorious Children of Mentally Challenged Parents): Full waiver of tuition fees and partial concession on other charges based on documentation provided.

To apply for these benefits, students must submit relevant documents including caste certificates, income certificates, disability certificates, and any supporting evidence of financial hardship. The application process is managed through the official portal with deadlines announced annually.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made online via net banking, debit/credit cards, or through NEFT/RTGS transfers to the designated account. Late payments attract a penalty of 1000 INR per month until clearance is achieved.

If a student withdraws from the program, refund procedures are initiated after verification of reasons and compliance with university norms. Refunds are processed within 30 days of submission of formal request, subject to deductions for administrative charges and unutilized services.
