Fee Components
Tuition Fee

Hostel Rent

Student Benevolent Fund

Medical Fees

Gymkhana Fees

Examination Fees

Hostel & Mess Charges
Hostel Rooms
The campus hostel offers different types of rooms to accommodate students:
- Single Occupancy Room: INR 30,000 per semester
- Double Occupancy Room: INR 30,000 per semester
- Triple Occupancy Room: INR 30,000 per semester
Mess Billing System
The mess billing system is designed to ensure fair and transparent consumption of meals. Students are required to pay an advance for the semester, and the actual consumption is adjusted at the end of the semester.
Rebate Policies
Students who are absent for more than 3 days in a month are eligible for a rebate on their mess charges. The rebate is calculated based on the number of days of absence and is adjusted in the next billing cycle.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Eligibility Criteria
Fee waivers and concessions are available for students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds:
- SC/ST/PwD: 100% waiver on tuition fee and hostel rent
- EWS: 50% waiver on tuition fee and hostel rent
- MCM (Minority Community Members): 25% waiver on tuition fee
Income Slabs
The income slabs for eligibility are as follows:
- SC/ST/PwD: Income less than INR 1,00,000 per annum
- EWS: Income between INR 1,00,000 and INR 2,00,000 per annum
- MCM: Income less than INR 1,00,000 per annum
Application Process
Students must submit an application form along with supporting documents to the finance department. The application is reviewed by a committee, and the decision is communicated within 15 days.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payment Deadlines
Students are required to complete the payment of fees by the specified deadlines. Failure to pay on time may result in late fees and restrictions on academic activities.
Late Fee Calculation
A late fee of INR 500 per day is applicable for delayed payments. The fee is calculated from the date of the deadline until the payment is received.
Refund Policy
In case of withdrawal, a refund is processed according to the following policy:
- Withdrawal before 15 days of admission: 100% refund
- Withdrawal between 15-30 days of admission: 50% refund
- Withdrawal after 30 days of admission: No refund
The refund is processed within 30 days of the withdrawal request, subject to the submission of all required documents.
