Fee Components

Tuition Fee

The tuition fee covers the cost of instruction, access to academic resources, and administrative support. It is the largest component of the fee structure and is fixed for the entire duration of the program.

Hostel Rent

Mess Billing System

Fee waivers and concessions are available for students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds:

  • SC/ST/PwD: 100% waiver on tuition fee and hostel rent
  • EWS: 50% waiver on tuition fee and hostel rent
  • MCM (Minority Community Members): 25% waiver on tuition fee

Income Slabs

The income slabs for eligibility are as follows:

  • SC/ST/PwD: Income less than INR 1,00,000 per annum
  • EWS: Income between INR 1,00,000 and INR 2,00,000 per annum
  • MCM: Income less than INR 1,00,000 per annum

Application Process

Students must submit an application form along with supporting documents to the finance department. The application is reviewed by a committee, and the decision is communicated within 15 days.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payment Deadlines

Students are required to complete the payment of fees by the specified deadlines. Failure to pay on time may result in late fees and restrictions on academic activities.

Late Fee Calculation

A late fee of INR 500 per day is applicable for delayed payments. The fee is calculated from the date of the deadline until the payment is received.

Refund Policy

In case of withdrawal, a refund is processed according to the following policy:

  • Withdrawal before 15 days of admission: 100% refund
  • Withdrawal between 15-30 days of admission: 50% refund
  • Withdrawal after 30 days of admission: No refund

The refund is processed within 30 days of the withdrawal request, subject to the submission of all required documents.
