Mess Advance: A prepayment for meals during the semester, covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The mess charges are adjusted at the end of each month based on consumption.
Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal fee collected to support students facing financial difficulties or emergencies. It is used for scholarships, medical aid, and other student welfare initiatives.
Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services provided by our on-campus medical center. This includes consultations, emergency care, and routine check-ups.
Gymkhana Fees: Includes access to fitness facilities and recreational activities organized by the student union. These include sports tournaments, cultural events, and wellness programs.
Examination Fees: Covers the cost of conducting exams, grading, and maintaining academic records. This fee is collected per semester and ensures smooth administrative processes.
Hostel & Mess Charges
Our campus offers three types of hostel rooms: Single occupancy (INR 50,000), Double occupancy (INR 40,000), and Triple occupancy (INR 30,000) per semester. Each room is equipped with basic furniture, Wi-Fi connectivity, and 24-hour electricity.
The mess billing system operates monthly, where students pay an advance for the month's meals. The average daily meal cost varies between INR 150-200 depending on the menu. Rebates are available for students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds or those who have completed a certain number of semesters.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
We offer various fee waivers and concessions to deserving students based on income criteria and academic performance. Eligibility for these benefits includes:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver of tuition fees with partial rebate on hostel charges.
- EWS Category: 50% waiver of tuition fees with full rebate on hostel charges.
- MCM (Minority Community Members): 30% waiver of tuition fees and 20% rebate on hostel charges.
The application process involves submitting relevant documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, or disability certificates. All applications are reviewed by the financial aid committee, and decisions are communicated within two weeks.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid through online banking or NEFT transfer to our designated account. Payments should be made before the due date mentioned in the fee notice to avoid late fees.
Late fees of INR 500 per day are applicable if payments are not completed on time. Refunds are processed only after verifying all dues and academic records. Withdrawals from the program must be approved by the administration, and refunds are calculated based on the number of semesters completed.
