Fee Structure (Per Semester)

Fee Breakdown:

• Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, library access, laboratory usage, and administrative costs associated with the program.
• Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in university-hosted dormitories, utilities, and maintenance services.
• Mess Advance: Prepaid meal charges covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a semester.
• Student Benevolent Fund: Supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies during their studies.
• Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services available on campus and medical consultations when needed.
• Gymkhana Fees: Funding for extracurricular activities, sports facilities, and recreational programs.
• Examination Fees: Covers costs related to conducting examinations, grading, and certification processes.
• Other Charges: Includes fees for events, workshops, guest lectures, and additional services provided by the university.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The university provides well-furnished hostels with single, double, and triple occupancy rooms. All rooms come equipped with essential amenities like beds, study tables, wardrobes, and internet connectivity.

Mess charges are calculated on a monthly basis, with meals provided three times daily (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Students can opt for different meal plans based on their dietary requirements.

Rebate Policies:

• Attendance Rebate: Students with attendance above 90% may receive a partial rebate on hostel charges.
• Scholarship Recipients: Full or partial fee waivers are granted to students receiving scholarships from government or private organizations.
• Disability Support: Special accommodations and reduced fees are available for PwD students.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers various financial aid options to deserving students:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver for students belonging to these categories with income below ₹2 lakh per annum.
• EWS Category: 50% fee concession for families earning between ₹2-5 lakh annually.
• MCM (Minority Community): 25% fee concession for students from minority communities with income up to ₹3 lakh annually.

Application Process:

1. Students must fill out an online application form along with supporting documents.
2. Documents include caste certificate, income certificate, and disability certificate (if applicable).
3. The application is reviewed by the financial aid committee.
4. Awards are announced within two weeks of submission.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payment Deadlines:

• First installment must be paid before the start of the academic year.
• Remaining fees should be settled by the end of the first month of classes.
• Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500 per day until full payment is made.

Refund Policy:

• If a student withdraws from the program, the refund amount depends on the date of withdrawal.
• Withdrawal within the first week results in a 100% refund of tuition fees and hostel charges.
• Withdrawals after one month but before six months result in a 50% refund of tuition fees.
• No refunds are issued after six months of enrollment.
