Hostel & Mess Charges
The university provides well-furnished hostels with single, double, and triple occupancy rooms. All rooms come equipped with essential amenities like beds, study tables, wardrobes, and internet connectivity.
Mess charges are calculated on a monthly basis, with meals provided three times daily (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Students can opt for different meal plans based on their dietary requirements.
Rebate Policies:
- Attendance Rebate: Students with attendance above 90% may receive a partial rebate on hostel charges.
- Scholarship Recipients: Full or partial fee waivers are granted to students receiving scholarships from government or private organizations.
- Disability Support: Special accommodations and reduced fees are available for PwD students.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers various financial aid options to deserving students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver for students belonging to these categories with income below ₹2 lakh per annum.
- EWS Category: 50% fee concession for families earning between ₹2-5 lakh annually.
- MCM (Minority Community): 25% fee concession for students from minority communities with income up to ₹3 lakh annually.
Application Process:
- Students must fill out an online application form along with supporting documents.
- Documents include caste certificate, income certificate, and disability certificate (if applicable).
- The application is reviewed by the financial aid committee.
- Awards are announced within two weeks of submission.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payment Deadlines:
- First installment must be paid before the start of the academic year.
- Remaining fees should be settled by the end of the first month of classes.
- Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500 per day until full payment is made.
Refund Policy:
- If a student withdraws from the program, the refund amount depends on the date of withdrawal.
- Withdrawal within the first week results in a 100% refund of tuition fees and hostel charges.
- Withdrawals after one month but before six months result in a 50% refund of tuition fees.
- No refunds are issued after six months of enrollment.
