The fee structure at The Assam Royal Global University Guwahati is designed to cover all educational and residential expenses associated with pursuing a degree in Physiotherapy.

Tuition Fee: This covers instruction, laboratory access, library resources, and other academic facilities. It remains consistent across semesters to ensure equitable access to quality education.

Hostel Rent: Accommodation charges are collected monthly and vary based on room type (single, double, triple sharing). The university provides clean, safe, and comfortable living conditions for all students.

Mess Advance: Students must pay an advance for meals during their stay. This includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner with varied meal options catering to different dietary preferences.

Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal fee is collected to support financially disadvantaged students and fund extracurricular activities within the university.

Medical Fees: Covers basic medical consultations, emergency services, and health check-ups conducted on campus by qualified physicians.

Gymkhana Fees: These fees contribute towards maintaining sports facilities, organizing events, and promoting physical fitness among students.

Examination Fees: Required for conducting end-of-semester assessments, practical exams, and certification processes.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The university maintains several hostels catering to different needs. Room types include single, double, and triple sharing arrangements with modern amenities such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and 24/7 security.

Mess charges are calculated monthly based on consumption patterns. The billing system is transparent, allowing students to track their usage and make adjustments accordingly. Rebate policies apply for students who do not consume meals regularly or reside off-campus.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers various financial assistance schemes to ensure accessibility for economically weaker sections:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fee plus partial reimbursement of hostel charges and mess fees.
• EWS Category: 50% reduction in tuition fee with no concessions in other charges.
• MCM (Minority Community): 25% discount on tuition fee along with subsidized hostel accommodation.

Eligibility criteria are based on family income slabs and documentation submitted during admission. Applications must be filed before the start of each academic year, accompanied by relevant certificates and financial proofs.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Students can make fee payments through online portals using credit/debit cards, net banking, or UPI methods. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced to avoid late fees and penalties.

For late payments, a nominal late fee of INR 100 per day is applicable until the full amount is cleared. Refunds are processed only upon official withdrawal from the university with proper documentation. The refund policy adheres to government regulations and ensures timely disbursement of funds to eligible students.
