Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Late Fee Calculations
For late submissions beyond 10 days, an additional 2% interest is added to the outstanding balance. Students who fail to pay fees within 30 days may face suspension from classes and removal from academic records.
Refund Policy
The refund policy outlines procedures for students withdrawing from the program or transferring to another institution:
- Withdrawal Before Academic Year Begins: Full refund of tuition fees minus ₹5,000 administrative charges
- Withdrawal During Academic Year: Refund of 70% of remaining fees after deducting administrative charges and hostel rent
- Transfer to Another Institution: Refund of tuition fees minus ₹10,000 transfer fee and hostel charges
All refund requests must be submitted in writing along with supporting documents. Refunds are processed within 30 working days after approval.
