- Triple Occupancy Rooms: ₹25000/month for three students, offering cost-effective accommodation.
The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle with fixed meal plans:
- Breakfast: ₹30 per meal
- Lunch: ₹50 per meal
- Dinner: ₹40 per meal
Rebate policies apply for students who leave campus during weekends or holidays, allowing refunds proportional to unused meals.
Fee Waivers, Concessions & Scholarships
Financial assistance is available through various schemes:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fee and hostel rent for eligible students with income below ₹2 lakh/year.
- EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fee and hostel rent for families earning up to ₹6 lakh/year.
- MCM (Minority Community): 25% reduction in fees for students from recognized minority communities with income below ₹3 lakh/year.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
- Payment Deadlines: Fees must be paid within 15 days of issuing the fee receipt; late payments attract a penalty of ₹200/day.
- Payment Methods: Online payment through net banking, debit/credit cards, and UPI are accepted.
- Refund Rules: Refunds are processed within 30 working days if a student withdraws from the institution before completing one semester. Full refunds are issued for withdrawals within first week of admission, subject to deduction of administrative charges.
- Withdrawal Procedure: Students must submit a formal withdrawal request along with supporting documents and obtain clearance from all departments before finalizing withdrawal.
