Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

- SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 100% waiver on tuition fees and a 50% concession on hostel charges.
- EWS Category: Students belonging to EWS category get a 50% waiver on tuition fees and a 25% concession on hostel charges.
- MCM (Meritorious Children of Migrant Workers): These students receive full waivers on tuition fees and partial concessions on hostel charges.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Late fee calculations follow a fixed schedule: 10% of the total fee amount is charged for payments received after the deadline but within one week, and 20% if payment is made beyond two weeks.
The refund policy applies to students who withdraw from the program or are unable to complete their studies due to unforeseen circumstances. Refunds are processed within 30 days of submission of withdrawal forms and supporting documents, subject to deductions for administrative charges and pending dues.
