Application Procedure

The application process is straightforward and conducted online via the university website:

1. Registration: Applicants must register on the official portal using valid email ID and mobile number.
2. Fill Application Form: Complete the form with academic details, personal information, and preferences for admission categories.
3. Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of 10th and 12th mark sheets, photograph, signature, and category certificates (if applicable).
4. Payment: Pay the application fee through net banking or debit/credit card. Fee varies based on category: General - Rs. 1000, SC/ST/PwD - Rs. 500.
5. Submit Application: Review all details and submit the form before the deadline.

The university follows a transparent reservation policy based on government guidelines:

• General Category: 50%
• EWS (Economically Weaker Sections): 10%
• OBC-NCL: 27%
• SC: 15%
• ST: 7.5%
• PwD: 3% (General) + 1.5% (SC/ST)

Seat Allocation

Seats are allocated based on merit in the qualifying examination and category-wise reservation policy:

• JEE Main ranks are considered for General, OBC-NCL, EWS, SC, ST categories.
• For PwD candidates, separate merit lists are prepared using JEE Advanced scores if applicable.
• Final allocation is done through online counseling conducted by the university in collaboration with state authorities.

Counseling Process
