Hostel & Mess Charges

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% fee waiver upon submission of valid certificates.
  • EWS Category: 50% fee concession based on income proof and caste certificate.
  • MCM (Meritorious Children of Migrant Workers): Full fee waiver with additional support for books and stationery.
  • Need-Based Scholarships: Available for students with demonstrated financial need, assessed through application forms and income documentation.
  • Merit-Based Scholarships: Awards given to top-performing students in academics, extracurriculars, and community service, ranging from 25% to 100% fee concession.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid through online banking or debit/credit cards via the university portal. Payments are due by the 10th day of each semester to avoid late fees. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500 per day.

In case of withdrawal from the program, students are entitled to refunds according to the following policy:

  • Before 30 days of admission: Full refund minus administrative charges
  • Between 30 and 60 days: 50% refund
  • After 60 days: No refund

The refund process typically takes 15-20 working days after formal application submission. Students must submit a written request along with necessary documentation to the finance office for processing.
