  • MCM (Minority Community Member): Students from minority communities are eligible for a 25% reduction in total fees upon verification of eligibility.

The application process for fee concessions involves submission of relevant documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, disability certificates, and identity proofs. All applications are reviewed by the finance committee and approved within two weeks.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made through multiple channels including online banking, NEFT/RTGS, debit cards, and credit cards:

  • Payment Deadlines: Fees must be paid by the specified deadline of each semester to avoid late fees and maintain academic standing.
  • Late Fee Calculation: A late fee of ₹500 per day is applicable for delayed payments beyond the due date. However, students may request a waiver of late fees under exceptional circumstances with supporting documentation.
  • Refund Rules: Refunds are processed only in case of withdrawal or cancellation of admission before the start of the academic year. For withdrawals after commencement, refunds are calculated based on the proportion of unused months and subject to deductions for administrative costs.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing with necessary documentation within 30 days of withdrawal. The finance department reviews each case individually and processes refunds within 60 working days.
