Fee Structure

The total fee for the MBA program at Nirma University Ahmedabad is Rs. 350,000 over two years. The breakdown per semester is as follows:

Breakdown of Components

• Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, course materials, and access to academic resources including libraries and databases.
• Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in well-maintained hostels with modern amenities such as Wi-Fi, laundry services, and 24/7 security.
• Mess Advance: Provides access to daily meals at subsidized rates through university-run mess facilities.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Nirma University Ahmedabad provides several financial aid options:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: 50% waiver on tuition fee with full exemption on hostel charges
• EWS Category: 25% waiver on tuition fee and partial concession on hostel charges
• MCM (Migrant Community Member): 25% waiver on tuition fee

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made online via net banking, credit/debit cards, or NEFT/RTGS transfers. Late payments attract a penalty of Rs. 500 per day beyond the due date. Refunds are processed within 30 days upon withdrawal from the program, subject to deduction of applicable fees and penalties.
