Hostel & Mess Charges

The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle, where students pay an advance amount before the start of each month. • SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 50% concession on tuition fees. Income slabs for this category are below INR 2 lakh per annum.
• EWS Category: Students from economically weaker sections receive a 25% concession on tuition fees. Income slabs range between INR 2 lakh and INR 4 lakh annually.
• MCM (Minority Community): Students belonging to minority communities get a 10% discount on tuition fees. Eligibility is based on official documentation from the state government.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 30 days after receiving a formal withdrawal request. Deductions include processing fees, hostel charges, and any pending dues. Students must complete all exit formalities before the refund is issued.
