Admission Process
The admission process for the Civil Engineering program at Shri Kallaji Vedic Vishvavidyalaya Chittorgarh is conducted through the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main and JEE Advanced. The process is designed to ensure a fair and transparent selection of eligible candidates based on their academic performance and aptitude.
The first step in the admission process is to register for the JEE Main examination. Candidates must fill out the application form online, providing personal details, academic information, and preferred examination centers. The registration fee is paid online, and candidates must ensure that all information is accurate and complete.
After successfully completing the registration, candidates must appear for the JEE Main examination, which is conducted twice a year. The exam consists of multiple-choice questions in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. The results are declared based on the candidate's performance, and a rank is assigned to each candidate.
Based on the JEE Main rank, candidates are eligible to appear for the JEE Advanced examination. The JEE Advanced is conducted by the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and is a highly competitive exam. Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria, including the minimum percentage in 12th grade and age limits.
After the JEE Advanced examination, the results are declared, and candidates are ranked based on their performance. The counseling process begins, where candidates can choose their preferred institutions and programs based on their ranks. The counseling is conducted online, and candidates must follow the instructions provided by the counseling authority.
The final step in the admission process is seat allocation. Candidates who have successfully completed the counseling process are allocated seats based on their ranks and preferences. The seat allocation is done through a centralized system, ensuring that all candidates are treated fairly and transparently.
